It does not include a brokerage account, managed trading capital, guaranteed returns or permission for the company to hold your money.

The precise features can vary by plan. Before paying, subscribers should therefore compare the current plan description, subscription period, market coverage and service conditions on the official pricing page . The written plan and invoice are more reliable than assumptions based on a sales conversation or an unofficial message.

This review explains what prospective subscribers should expect, what remains their responsibility and how to confirm that they are dealing through an official channel.

What the software subscription is designed to provide

Finoways LLC builds algorithmic trading software and research tools for FOREX, COMEX and US markets. A subscription gives the customer access to the product or service identified in the purchased plan for the applicable subscription period.

In practical terms, the scope should be understood in four parts:

Product access: Access to the software or research service named in the selected plan. Market scope: Coverage limited to the instruments or markets stated in the plan, rather than every tradeable market by default. Subscription period: Access for the duration shown at checkout, on the invoice or in the applicable terms. Customer support: A way to raise subscription, access or service questions during the company’s published support hours.

Not every plan should be assumed to have identical tools, settings, market coverage or assistance. A customer considering a subscription should ask for any unclear point to be confirmed in writing before payment.

Software access is not the same as a brokerage service

The company is not a broker, bank or investment fund. It holds no brokerage licence because it does not hold client money or execute trades as a counterparty. Customers continue to trade through brokerage accounts opened and controlled in their own names.

This distinction affects how the subscription works. Paying for software does not create or fund a trading account. It also does not transfer custody of trading capital to the software provider.

A legitimate subscription payment covers the invoiced software or research service. Any separate money placed in a brokerage account is controlled under the customer’s relationship with that broker, not under the software subscription.

What remains under the trader’s control

The subscriber remains responsible for several important decisions and actions:

Selecting and maintaining a suitable brokerage account. Checking whether a broker supports the required market, platform or account type. Deciding how much capital, if any, to allocate to trading. Reviewing settings before enabling a strategy in a live environment. Choosing position size, stop-loss parameters and other risk limits. Monitoring open positions, account margin and system connectivity. Complying with local tax, regulatory and reporting obligations.

These responsibilities apply whether a trader is in India, the UAE or another jurisdiction. Access to a technical tool does not remove the need to understand local rules or the terms imposed by the trader’s own broker.

What a subscription does not include

A clear review should pay as much attention to exclusions as it does to features. A software subscription does not mean that every operational or financial outcome is included.

No guaranteed trading result

No software can guarantee a profit, fixed return or risk-free outcome. Market prices can move unexpectedly, spreads can widen, liquidity can change and orders may be filled differently from the expected price.

A strategy may also perform differently across account types, brokers, instruments and market conditions. Backtests, research and demonstrations are analytical references, not promises of future performance.

No personalised investment advice

The company does not provide personalised investment advice. A subscription should not be interpreted as an individual recommendation to buy or sell a particular instrument, use a particular lot size or risk a specific percentage of an account.

Subscribers must decide whether a tool is appropriate for their circumstances. Anyone needing advice based on personal income, liabilities, objectives or financial capacity should seek a suitably qualified professional in their own jurisdiction.

No custody or management of customer funds

The company does not hold or manage client funds. It will not require a subscriber to transfer trading capital to a company representative, disclose a broker password or pay a fee to release a brokerage withdrawal.

This is a useful test when reviewing any communication. A software invoice is different from a request for a trading deposit. Requests for deposits, account passwords or withdrawal fees are outside the company’s stated business model.

No automatic removal of trading risk

Automation can apply programmed rules consistently, but it cannot make risk disappear. Incorrect settings, excessive position sizes, disconnections and unusual market events can still produce losses.

For example, suppose a trader selects a hypothetical position size that would lose 100 account currency units if a stop is reached. Doubling the lot size while keeping the same entry and stop distance would generally double that planned loss to approximately 200 units, before allowing for slippage, spreads, commissions or currency conversion. The software does not change this basic relationship between exposure and risk.

How stop losses and lot sizes affect the experience

Software features matter, but the trader’s configuration often has a direct effect on account behaviour. Two customers using the same underlying logic can experience different results if their account sizes, instruments, lot sizes or risk settings differ.

A hypothetical stop-loss example

Imagine that a strategy identifies an entry at a hypothetical price of 100 and the trader sets a stop at 98. The price distance is two units, but the financial loss depends on the contract value and position size. A larger position creates a larger monetary loss for the same two-unit movement.

A stop is also an instruction rather than a guarantee of an exact exit price. During a fast market or price gap, execution may occur beyond the selected level. Traders should account for possible slippage instead of assuming that maximum loss will always equal the simple calculation.

A Finoways software subscription provides access to the algorithmic trading software or research tools specified in the selected plan, invoice or order confirmation.
