Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy for the 10-session intraday trading program is as follows:
- Full Refund: Available within 24 hours of enrollment if no sessions have been attended
- Partial Refund: 50% refund available before attending the 3rd session
- No Refund: After attending 3 or more sessions, no refunds will be issued
2. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation and refund:
- Send an email to our support team with your enrollment details
- Include your full name, registered email, and reason for cancellation
- Cancellation requests are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
3. Session Rescheduling
Instead of cancellation, you may reschedule your sessions:
- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Each participant is allowed a maximum of 3 reschedules during the program
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original program end date
- No-shows without prior notice will be marked as attended sessions
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Course materials and resources already accessed or downloaded
- One-on-one mentorship sessions already conducted
- Trading tools and software licenses activated for your account
- Promotional or discounted course enrollments
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in cases of:
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Technical issues on our end preventing access to sessions
- Program cancellation initiated by us
- Other extraordinary circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis
6. Transfer Policy
As an alternative to cancellation:
- Course enrollment can be transferred to another person one time only
- Transfer requests must be made before the 5th session
- A transfer fee of ₹500 may apply
- The new participant must complete enrollment formalities
