1. Course Enrollment
By enrolling in our 10-session intraday trading course, you agree to complete all sessions within the specified timeframe. Course materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent. Access to course content is granted for the duration specified at enrollment.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before course access is granted. All fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, except as outlined in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future enrollments. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
3. Risk Disclaimer
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We provide education only and do not offer investment advice. You acknowledge that any trading decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, strategies, methodologies, and content are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the application of course teachings. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid. We do not guarantee any specific trading results or financial outcomes from completing the course.
6. Session Attendance
Sessions must be attended as scheduled. Missed sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions. Live session recordings, if provided, are for enrolled students only and subject to the same usage restrictions as other course materials.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate course access for violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed harmful to other participants. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided. Students may withdraw from the course subject to our refund policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the course shall be resolved through arbitration. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood all conditions herein.
Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in our intraday trading course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in the course.
